This high-end timber flooring project involved transforming an outdated orange-toned polyurethane floor into a rich, elegant brown-stained finish. The existing coating was fully sanded back to bare timber, allowing for a fresh start and even colour application. A custom brown stain was carefully buffed into the grain to enhance the natural depth and character of the timber. The floor was then sealed with a premium water-based finish, offering a modern, low-sheen look with excellent durability.
