The object of the project was to install new decking and frame over existing terracotta tiles. We wanted a mid-century design with the new deck so installed thinner 65mm Blackbutt boards with 316 SS screws and plugged all of the screw heads for a cleaner appearance. We applied a tinted oil finish for a weathered appearance.
