Floors can be moisture affected by small longer-term leaks or inundation from flood water. The ability of a floor to recover and be salvable from such events depends on many factors. The length of time the water has been present, the density of the timber flooring and the installation method, as these are all prime factors that need to be considered in the assessment. In this webinar we will discuss aspects from major flood to minor leak and consider what is ‘best’ regarding repair or replacement.
